EMMA BRADLEY ANNOUNCES SELF-PRODUCED EP WINONA’S WORLD, SHARES LEAD SINGLE “LET ME IN”

London-based singer-songwriter Emma Bradley returns with Winona’s World, her first release since 2023’s Grow or Die. Out April 25, the self-produced, fully independent EP marks a pivotal moment following her departure from both her label and management team. Leading the project is “Let Me In”, a heartfelt plea to a loved one struggling with mental health.

“I wrote ‘Let Me In’ about someone I loved who was in a really dark place,” Bradley shares. “It’s about wanting them to accept help and showing them they don’t have to go through it alone.”

Winona’s World emerged from a period of deep transformation. Inspired by James Blake, Imogen Heap, and Bon Iver, Bradley considered changing her name before instead creating a character—Winona—to embody her darker emotions. “I gave her all my scariest feelings and let her express them in ways I might not have,” she explains.

Set in an alternate world, the cinematic EP explores loss, loneliness, abandonment, queerness, and mental health struggles, themes she describes as “shadows of a feeling.” She hopes it resonates particularly with marginalized listeners.

This project also sees Bradley fully in control, producing and writing the EP herself from her living room. “No compromises, no rules—I only had to answer to myself,” she says. With Winona’s World, she steps into a bold new era, embracing her artistry with unwavering independence.
